ちょっと前までは、海外旅行に行った時にしか目にしなかったブランドが、今や日本にも上陸したおかげで、色々なタイプの服が着れるようになったからウレシイ～＾＾*
Some brands which we only could see in abroad landed now in Japan, too.^^*
今の私の流行りは、ZARA,GAP, TOMMY-HILFIGER… ってとこかな ＾＾

先日ベランダのプランターに植えた苗が花を咲かせました。お花屋さんで買った時は写真だけを見ていたので、実際にとっても可憐なそのお花を見て今日は幸せ気分満開です。
それと、今日午前中幼稚園で「はぐくみの会」（父母の会）主催のアロマセラピー講習会があり、初めて本格的なアロマの世界を体験してきました。
私の中ではアロマと言えば、ファッション感覚でとらえていましたが、実際はヨーロッパでは歴史が深く生活に根ざした医療知識だ、ということを教えていただきました。
講師の先生はたくさんの精油を準備されていて、具体的に症状に合わせて作り方と使い方を教えてくれました。
たとえば強い咳が続く場合や鼻づまりの時は、お湯をマグカップに８分（はちぶ）ほど入れ「ユーカリ」のオイルを２，３滴たらしたものを用意して、それを鼻の下に持っていって香りをかぐ、という具合に・・・
2時間強の講習は、内容が濃くあっという間に終わってしまいました。最後にそれぞれが作ったアロマオイルを使って、2人１組になってハンドマッサージ（肘から指先まで）をしました。それをしてもらうととっても気持がよく、精神的にもリラックスできました。
今回私が作ったオイルはローズマリー・サイプレス・パインが入ったものです。
ホール中がとっても良い香りに包まれ、今回の講習を無事終了することができました。ご参加いただいた約80名のお母様方はどなたも満足そうで、笑顔で帰られたことが何よりでした。
私も微力ながらお手伝いできたことを嬉しく思います。

麦わら帽子の季節になりましたね。
麦わら帽子にひかれて買った絵本があります。「なつのあさ」というその絵本は男の子が、大好きな汽車を見に行く、という設定です。
自転車をこいで汽車を見に行きます。「なつのあさは しろい・・・」という文章がまだみんなが活動を始める前の静かな時間を想像させてくれ、読んでいるだけでこちらの心まで澄み切ってきます。
頂上に到着し、汽車が来るのを待ちます。そこに遠くから、「だっだっ しゅっしゅっ」という音とともに汽車が見えてきます。
最近ひらがなを読めるようになった息子はこの絵本が大好きで時々私に読んでくれます。
偶然にも、息子が通う幼稚園の夏用の帽子も麦わら帽子なのです。麦わら帽子をかぶった後姿が特にかわいくて、絵本に通ずるところもあり親ばかながら後ろから何枚も写真を撮ってしまいました。
