yoshiko posted an update After a long time, I wrote a journal.
Traveling to kantou area.
My daughter's family and I took a drive to Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Yamanaka on May 4th and 5th.
We started at 4:50am ai first day.We had no traffic jam for 5 hours and half.
First we went to Narusawa ice cave and Shiraito falls. My grandchildren enjoyed to explore the ice cave where Chotto Chat members visited last summer.
It was cloudy and occasionally light rain. The main purpose was looking at Mt.Fuji..
My son in law, his company has a resort house near Lake Yamanaka , so we stayed and relaxed night .
May 5th
It was clear , so wonderful cool morning. Before breakfast,my daughter's family went cycling. I took a walk and looked very beautiful MT Fuji. I was satisfied deeply.
We drove around Lake Yamanaka and Lake Kawaguchi to stop at some museums or shops.
Because of keeping away from traffic jam , we took a hot spring till 9:00pm. From there I saw the top of Mt. Fuji which was white,beautiful and misterious. It was said the moon was the super moon
that night,so we could see the white Fuji.
In spite of late start,it took about 8 hours because ob the car accident near Nagoya.
