Then from the front page or anytime you are navigating the site or someone’s blog and the admin bar is present at the top of the page, you can click on My Account and scroll down to Profile and then Change Avatar.

Once the page has loaded, you will see at the bottom the option to Upload a New Avatar.

Next, after you have uploaded your photo, use the crop function, if you wish, to resize and edit how you want your avatar to look. If you don’t like that picture, upload a different one and try again. Once you have cropped it, click the Crop Image button and your avatar will be automatically added to your profile.
